Steps to Sign Up for Online Banking

    The first step to creating an account with Prime Alliance Credits online banking is to navigate to the Sign-In page. To do that, visit the Online Banking page, input the captcha. After that, you will see a section for existing users to log in with their account number and password.
  2. Enroll for Online Banking:

    Since you are a new user, you'll need to enroll for online banking. Locate and click the red button labeled "Enroll for Online Banking" at the bottom of the Sign-In section.

Accepting the Terms and Conditions

After clicking "Enroll for Online Banking," you will be directed to the "Enroll a New Account" page. Here, you need to read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with creating your online banking account.

  1. Read the Terms and Conditions:

    Carefully read through the terms and conditions presented on the screen. This includes important information about how your data will be handled and your responsibilities as a user.
  2. Accept the Terms and Conditions:

    • If you agree with the terms and conditions, click the blue button labeled "I Accept".
    • If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you can click the red button labeled "Decline". Note that declining the terms will prevent you from creating an online banking account.

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you can proceed to the next step of the enrollment process.

Provide Personal Details.

After accepting the terms and conditions, you will be directed to a form where you need to provide your personal details. All fields in this form are required to be filled out to successfully create your account.

Ensure all the information is accurately entered before proceeding to the next step. Any discrepancies may delay the creation of your account.

  1. First Name: Enter your first name in the designated field.
  2. Middle Name: Enter your middle name. If you do not have a middle name, you may leave this field blank or as per the form's requirement.

Provide Employment and Banking Details

In this final step, you need to provide additional information regarding your employment and banking preferences. Make sure all fields are filled accurately to complete the account creation process.

Employment Information

  1. Occupation: Select your type of employment from the drop-down menu.
  2. Annual Income Range: Choose your annual income range from the available options.

Banking Details

  1. SSN/TIN (Or Equivalence): For non-residential accounts, input your governmental ID or International Passport Number in this field.
  2. 2FA PIN: Choose any 4-digit PIN for two-factor authentication. This will be used as an additional security measure when accessing your account.
  3. Account Type: Select the type of account you wish to open (e.g., Checking, Savings) from the drop-down menu.
  4. Account Currency: Select your preferred account currency. For instance, you may choose "America (United States) Dollars – USD" or select your local currency from the drop-down menu.
  5. Password: Create a strong password for your account. Ensure it meets the security requirements, which typically include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  6. Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm it matches the one entered above.
  7. Passport Photograph: Upload a passport-sized photograph by clicking the "Choose File" button and selecting an image from your device.

Submit Your Information

After completing all the fields, review the information for accuracy. When you are ready, click the green "Submit" button to finalize your account creation. If you need to clear the form, you can use the red "Reset" button. If you need to go back to a previous step, click the "Back" button.

Processing Time

Once you have submitted your application, it will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification to inform you whether your details have been accepted and your account has been successfully created.
